The team is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. If you find yourself outside of these hours and have any questions, we suggest checking the frequently asked questions in our help center or consulting the chatbot available in the app and website 24/7.

To file a claim, you must submit your request in this form and it will be reviewed as soon as possible. You will receive updates on the status of the ticket to your email.

In case of having an incident, it is necessary to report it directly in the app and contact the corresponding insurance company. Follow the steps indicated here.
