How to Report an Incident on TripWip

If an incident occurs during your rental, it is important that you act immediately so we can assist you and the insurance can intervene correctly.

Steps to report an incident from the app:

  1. Open the Tripwip app.

  2. Go to the "Trips" tab.

  3. Select the current rental.

  4. Press the "Report incident" button.

By doing this, our team will receive a notification and we will be able to assist you as soon as possible.

Important:
In addition to reporting the incident in the app, you must immediately call the insurance to file the report at that moment. This is essential for the coverage to be valid and for them to guide you on the next steps.

  • Contact the corresponding insurer according to the country:

    • Uruguay: Sancor Seguros 0800 8500

    • Argentina: RUS 54 9 11 3424-9366

    • Mexico: AXA 800 900 12 92 and select option 1, option 1

  • If your vehicle is from a commercial host (e.g., rental company), check with the host which insurance you should contact.
