Can't access your TripWip account because you forgot your password? Don't worry, you can reset it in a few steps from the app or the website.
Step by step to recover your account
Open the app or go to the TripWip website
On the login screen, tap on “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address associated with your account
We will send you an email with a link to reset your password
Follow the link and choose a new access key
📬 If you don't see the email in your inbox, check the “Spam” or “Junk” folder.
