Can I create or get approval for a second TripWip account with the same identity?
No. TripWip doesn't allow creating or approving multiple accounts with the same identity. If you already have an account created and approved, you must manage all your activity —such as rentals and payment methods— from that existing account.
What if you need to add another card or make another rental?
If you need to add a new payment method or make another rental, you can do it directly from your approved account. There's no need —and no way— to create a second account for that. This keeps all your activity in one place and easier to manage.
