What are my responsibilities as a host when renting my car on TripWip?

TripWip works as an integrative platform between drivers and hosts to create a CarSharing experience

The majority of the transaction is executed through the app with the rules you established.

You as a host should:
​
Deliver the car in good cleaning and mechanical condition for circulation
Accept or reject the vehicle reservation
If accepted: Deliver the car at the location you chose on the date and time requested by the customer
Meet at the agreed location with the driver and validate that it is in the same condition it was delivered
Manage your fleet and block the calendar if the car is not available
Validate at the end of the rental and periodically if there are any fines or charges associated during the rental period
Assist the driver if the vehicle experiences a mechanical failure related to the vehicle
Ensure a proper transaction for the payment due for the rental by the method agreed upon between the host and driver

If the car does not meet the established conditions, both the driver and TripWip reserve the right to cancel the rental at any time.
