Currently, there is no financial penalty for the host, but there are consequences for your profile:
Lower visibility of your vehicle in search results, as each cancellation reduces your acceptance rate, a key indicator for your vehicle to be chosen by more drivers.
Loss of reputation, which may reduce your future bookings.
What happens to the driver?
Our team will look for a substitute option for the affected driver, but if the change occurs with little notice, relocation may be more difficult and affect the user experience. Therefore, try to avoid canceling whenever possible.
In any case, we understand that unforeseen events may arise. You can always contact our support team so we can review your case and prevent it from affecting your acceptance rate if it is not warranted.

What happens if my reservation is canceled?
If the cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the trip starts, there will be no cost for the driver. In that case, there is no compensation for the host.
If it occurs after that period, the money charged to the driver for the reservation will not be refunded, and the host will receive the reservation money.
