Once you approve a reservation on TripWip, a direct communication channel with the driver is automatically enabled through the app chat. This feature allows you to coordinate rental details, resolve questions, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
When is the chat enabled?
The chat is activated immediately after you approve a rental. The driver does not need to initiate it: as soon as the reservation is confirmed, you can start messaging them.
Where can I find the chat?
Open the app and go to the "Inbox" tab
You will see a new chat opened with the driver
Tap the chat to enter and start the conversation
💬 You can use the chat to coordinate the delivery, ask about schedules, confirm location, and any other information related to the reservation.
