Why can verification be rejected?
There are different reasons why a verification may not be approved:
Blurry photos or poor lighting.
Expired or illegible document.
Invalid driver's license.
Information that does not match the entered data.
Edited or altered images.
Account duplication.
Internal validation criteria applied for security reasons.
These controls aim to prevent fraud, identity theft, and protect the community.
What happens to my account?
When the verification is rejected:
The account is restricted.
You cannot send booking requests.
The app will notify the status of the verification.
Can I try to verify again?
In many cases, yes.
If the rejection is due to a technical or documentation issue:
Check the indicated reason.
Upload the images again with better quality.
Make sure the document is valid and complete.
If the rejection is due to internal validation criteria, the account may not be approved and specific reasons are not publicly detailed, as they are part of TripWip's security protocols.
