Does it work the same way in all three countries?
Yes. In all three you rent directly from the car's owner, with insurance included and everything handled in the app. What changes between countries are the amounts: the insurance price, the security deposit held and the deductible. Each one has its own section in the security deposit and coverage articles.
Can I drive the car from one country to another?
No. The vehicle can't leave the country where you rented it, in any of the three markets.
