Once the vehicle is handed over to the driver, you cannot request its return unless you identify inappropriate use by the driver.
If you need to cancel the trip because you detected inappropriate behavior by the driver, you must request it through our support team and via the following form.
If you request the return of the vehicle without having previously reported it to TripWip, you may be subject to financial penalties and disciplinary measures related to your activity on the app. The specific penalties, including financial penalties, will be determined by TripWip on a case-by-case basis.
Can I cancel the trip once it has started?
It is not possible to cancel a trip once it has started. If you notice inappropriate use, contact our team and we will help you resolve the issue.
