The trip is started and closed from the app, with mandatory photos at both ends. Without those photos the rental cannot be started or finished.

Cleanliness: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition of cleanliness in which it was delivered.

Fuel level: Make sure the fuel level is the same as it was at the start of the rental.

Once the rental has ended, the host has a maximum of 24 consecutive hours from the rental end time recorded on the platform to submit any claims related to the vehicle's return, such as damage, missing items, cleaning, fuel, or additional charges.

We recommend inspecting the vehicle and reporting any issues as soon as possible to help ensure a smooth resolution.
