Congratulations! Your vehicle is now on TripWip and a driver has chosen it for their next trip. Keep the following in mind:

⏱ 1. Respond as soon as possible

  • Accept the reservation quickly: Quick responses build trust with the driver and increase your visibility on the platform.

  • If you need more information or to adjust details (like proceeding with the reservation but suggesting a different time), you can contact the TripWip support team for assistance before making a decision.


📅 2. Confirm the reservation details

  • Check the date, time, and place of delivery.

  • Make sure you can meet the indicated time.

  • Choose a safe and accessible meeting point for both.


🚗 3. Prepare your car to be in its best condition

A clean and well-maintained vehicle not only builds trust but also helps receive better ratings.

  • Exterior and interior cleaning: Wash the car, vacuum it, and remove personal items.

  • Basic check: Check oil, fuel, brake fluid, and coolant levels.

  • Tire pressure: Adjust it to the manufacturer's recommendation.

  • Accessories: Make sure to include everything the vehicle offers (fire extinguisher, spare tire, tools).

  • Fuel tank: Comply with the policy indicated in your ad.


📄 4. Documentation and requirements

  • Have the documents that prove the vehicle is authorized to drive on hand.

  • Confirm that they match what is registered in the app.

  • In Uruguay, remember that you will need to request payment for the rental from the driver (in cash or transfer, as you indicate).


🤝 5. At the time of delivery

  • Be punctual and deliver the vehicle at the agreed location.

  • Take a quick tour to check the condition of the car with the driver.

  • Make sure the driver takes and uploads to the app photos of the vehicle (exterior, interior, and mileage) before using it.

  • Explain any important details about the car's operation.


📷 6. After the rental

  • Check the condition of the vehicle upon receiving it.

  • Take and upload the return photos in the app.

  • Report any incidents as soon as possible through TripWip's channels.
