This process must be done by the driver at the time of receiving the car.
Open the TripWip app and go to your reservation.
The āStart tripā button will be enabled 1 hour before the start of the reservation.
Before starting the trip, you must take 8 mandatory photos of the vehicle:
Front
Rear
Left side
Right side
Front interior
Rear interior
Dashboard (where the fuel level and mileage are clearly visible)
Any other angle that allows verification of the general condition of the car
Make sure the photos are clear and show all parts of the vehicle.
Once the photos are uploaded, press āConfirm photosā.
Done! You can now start the trip when your reservation time begins.
Remember that the window to upload the start photos of the rental closes 4 hours after the start time of the reservation.
š CHECK-OUT (end of the trip) - By host
This process must be performed by the host (car owner) when the trip ends.
