In which cases will I receive a refund after a cancellation?
The Driver may receive a refund if:
The reservation was cancelled at least 48 hours before the rental start date
The reservation was cancelled by the host after having been previously accepted
In the second case, you may also choose—subject to availability—another vehicle listed on the platform with similar characteristics.
Refund deductions
From the refund amount, the following will be deducted:
Chargebacks
Any fees related to the reservation and refund process charged by the payment provider (MercadoPago)
These costs will be borne by the Driver.
In which cases will I NOT receive a refund after a cancellation?
No refund will be issued if:
The rental is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or
The cancellation occurs during the rental period
