How long does it take to refund the deposit?
Standard timeframe for refunds
The security deposit refund is processed 5 days after the last day of the rental, provided that no damages or additional charges are reported.
Why might it take longer to reflect in my bank statement?
Although the refund is processed within the established timeframe, the banking procedures of each institution may cause an additional delay of up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.
Will I receive a confirmation by email?
You will receive a receipt of the refund in your registered email once the process has been completed. This receipt serves as proof of the refund.
