For your vehicle to be approved, it cannot be older than 10 years, and you must upload the information mentioned here.

✅ General condition of the vehicle

Your car must be in good mechanical and aesthetic condition, which includes:

  • Service up to date.

  • Engine and transmission functioning properly, without failures or abnormal noises.

  • Brake system in perfect condition.

  • Steering and suspension safe and without excessive vibrations.

  • Tires with sufficient tread and proper pressure.

  • Lights and signaling functioning at 100%.

  • Windshield and windows without breaks that affect visibility.

  • Seat belts for all occupants.


🧼 Cleanliness and presentation

Before each delivery:

  • Clean exterior, without excessive dust, mud, or dirt.

  • Vacuumed and organized interior, free of personal items.

  • No strong odors, such as cigarette smoke or dampness.

  • Accessories in their place, such as fire extinguishers, jack, and spare tire (if applicable).


🔧 Preventive maintenance

To ensure your car is always ready for rent:

  • Perform periodic services as per the manufacturer.

  • Check oil, coolant, and brake fluid levels before each rental.

  • Ensure the battery is in good condition.

  • Replace worn parts immediately.


🚫 What is not allowed

  • Vehicles with known mechanical failures or that pose a risk to the driver.

  • Bodies with serious damage that could affect safety.

  • Cars with illegal modifications or that violate local regulations.
