A reservation on TripWip is confirmed when the host approves the request sent by the driver and the corresponding payment is processed.
Until the vehicle owner accepts the request, the rental remains pending and is not guaranteed.
What happens when it is confirmed?
When the host approves:
The reservation changes to confirmed status.
Payments are processed according to the country.
The dates are blocked on the calendar.
Delivery and return coordination is enabled.
What if the host does not respond?
If the request is not approved within the established timeframe:
The reservation may automatically expire.
The driver will need to send a new request for another vehicle.
