This may serve as proof if any cancellation or refund policy needs to be applied.

If the driver does not show up after your attempt to contact them and you have waited enough time, inform our support team.
They will guide you on how to proceed according to the terms and conditions in your country.

Always confirm the reservation and meeting point via chat before the delivery day.
